• If you find a lower rate on any of our contracted Internet sites for the Milford Plaza Hotel that can be booked lower than the Milford Plaza website for the same dates, please contact the hotel's reservations department within 24 hours of booking your room.
• Reservations made through any third party website must be for the same sleeping accommodations category and / or room type. That room type must also be offered by www.milfordplaza.com.
• Reservations made through any third party website must be available and able to be booked over the same dates at the time of verification.
• The rate found on the competing website must be for the same number of guests occupying the reserved room.
• Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to opaque websites or rates where the specific hotel is not known until the booking is made. i.e. Hotwire, Priceline
• Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to Packages that include added value: i.e. breakfast or free local calls.
• Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to taxes or any fees imposed by Federal, State, or Local government authorities.
• Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to Milford Plaza Hotel rates negotiated directly with:
  • Corporations
  • Groups
  • Associations
  • Membership rates (e.g., AAA, AARP, Entertainment Card, Industry Rates)
  • Government rates
  • Pre-paid rates that involve vouchers of any type for hotel accommodations
  • Travel Agencies
• Guest must have a confirmed reservation and a confirmation number from The Milford Plaza Hotel Website.

In order to make a claim, please contact our reservations office directly at +1 800 221 2690. Upon verification that the rates are for the same room category over the same dates, The Milford Plaza Hotel will honor the lower rate.
