Question: How close is Milford Plaza Hotel to the Subway?
Answer: The Subway is across the hotel! Located on the Southwest corner of 44th and 8th is the entrance for access to the 42 Street/Port Authority subway station. This stop provides access to lines A,C and E. There are underground tunnels at this stop that provide access to the Times Square Terminal serving lines N, Q, R, S,W, 1, 2, 3, 7 and S. All subway maps of the city will provide color coded route maps while indicating the appropriate (numeric of alpha) icon at each stop. Maps are available at our Concierge desk in the lobby.

Question: Does the Milford handle packages for guests? Is there a charge by the hotel to handle packages?
Answer: The Milford will accept packages for all arriving and in house guests. Packages should not be sent to the hotel until 3 days prior to the guest arrival. The Milford will apply a $5.00 package handling fee to each item received at the hotel loading dock. All packages shall be addressed to the guest name registered on the reservation. Packages that are received without a matching name to the reservation will be held for 3 days before being sent back to sender. All packages received will be sent to guest room upon arrival or during the stay. The Milford will not store packages throughout the guest stay in package room, additional charges may apply.

Answer: Valet Parking service is provided by the Hotel through Champion Parking Systems located on 45th street between 7th and 8th Avenue. The Valet Parking charge for standard vehicle is $43.00 for a 24 hour period from the time of arrival; $53.00 for oversized SUV’s for a 24 hour period from the time of arrival. Additional charges may apply if 24 hour period is exceeded. There are no IN/OUT privileges. Self-parking is also available at the same location but prices could be higher.
